Ak’kin Footwear Warranty Policy
Authorized Seller Notice:
Ak’kin Footwear is an authorized retailer. This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Ak’kin Footwear, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
Warranty Coverage
Ak’kin Footwear guarantees its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase.
This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage resulting from:

Normal wear and tear

Misuse or negligence

Accidental damage or modification

Unauthorized repairs or alterations
This warranty is available only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Warranty Evaluation
If, upon inspection, Ak’kin Footwear determines that a product is defective, we reserve the right to replace the product or issue store credit, depending on the nature of the defect.
Any implied warranties that may apply—including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose—are limited in duration to the term of this warranty.
Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranty duration, so this limitation may not apply to you.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Ak’kin Footwear be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from breach of warranty, breach of contract, or strict liability.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.
Availability
This warranty is available only within the United States.
