At Ak’kin Sports, our biggest goal is to serve our loyal customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can try and make it better.
We know that ordering online can be tricky since you are unable to touch the items or try anything on, and as a result of that we will try to make the return process as simple and efficiently as possible.
Exchange / Return orders must be completed within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be received within 21 days of your exchange request, and always within the original 30-day purchase window. If the item is not received in this time, the exchange / refund will be automatically canceled. Original shipping charges incurred on your order are not refundable.
For Exchanges:
- Available for the same item in a different size (subject to availability).
- Processed once your return is received and inspected.
- If unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Eligibility:
- Returns or exchanges within 30 days of the ship date. After 30 days, store credit is given—no exceptions.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging, undamaged, with all tags and accessories.
- Important: Any item returned without its original packaging or found damaged may be subject to damage fees.
- All items marked as Final Sale do not qualify for returns or exchanges—no exceptions.
- Personalized items are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
How to Start:
- Email shop@akkinfootwear.com or call (470) 206-0263 with your order number and request.
- Returns and exchanges are free on the first request per order. Any additional returns or exchanges for the same order will need to be covered by the customer, using their preferred shipping method.
- If it’s an order error or a defect, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
- Otherwise, if you’d like to return your order on your own, you may use your preferred shipping method and send it to the following address:

💳 Refunds
- Issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your item.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error.
- Bank or payment provider processing times may vary. Typically allow for 3-7 business days until refunds are reflected back in your account.
⚠️ Defective Merchandise
- All orders are inspected by our team for quality control before they leave our warehouse. Your packing list will be initialed to confirm the inspection.
- If you receive an item that doesn’t meet our quality standards, let us know right away.
- Please email us with:
- Short explanation of problem
- A clear photo of the item showing the damaged area
- A copy of the signed packing list
- Returned items with damages will not be processed if these steps are not followed.
- Report defects within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Once confirmed, we’ll cover return shipping.

- Contact us ASAP before your order ships.
- Once shipped, it must be processed as a return.
