Refund Policy
At Ak’kin Sports, our biggest goal is to serve our loyal customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can try and make it better.
We know that ordering online can be tricky since you are unable to touch the items or try anything on, and as a result of that we will try to make the return process as simple and efficiently as possible.
Exchange / Return orders must be completed within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be received within 21 days of your exchange request, and always within the original 30-day purchase window. If the item is not received in this time, the exchange / refund will be automatically canceled. Original shipping charges incurred on your order are not refundable.
For Exchanges:
Available for the same itemin a different size (subject to availability).
Processed once your return is received and inspected.
If unavailable, a refund will be issued..
Eligibility:
Returns or exchanges within 30 days of the ship date.
If a return is received outside of the 30-day window, it cannot be accepted and will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging, undamaged, with all tags and accessories included.
Damaged/used items:
Any item returned without its original packaging or found damaged may be subject to damage fees.
Items showing signs of use cannot be accepted. If a used item is returned, it will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
All items marked as Sale / Closeout do not qualify for returns or exchanges — no exceptions.
Personalized items are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
Free Exchanges/ Returns are only eligible on orders over $50. Orders under $50 may still be exchanged, but customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Ak’kin Footwear will cover the shipping cost to send the exchange back to the customer

Policy Details:
Returns and exchanges are free on the first request per order (for orders over $50)
Any additional returns or exchanges for the same order must be covered by the customer using their preferred shipping method.
If you received the wrong item (size or design), we’ll provide a prepaid return label and send you the correct item at no additional cost.
Please note that our refund policy applies exclusively to online purchases made through akkinfootwear.com.
All purchases made at any Ak’kin Footwear physical store location are final sale and do not qualify for refunds.
For in-store purchases, we gladly offer:

Store credit
within 15 days from the original purchase date, subject to product availability and compliance with our policy.
No refunds will be issued for in-store purchases under any circumstances.
Final Sale & Closeout Items
Items marked as Final Sale or Closeout are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit under any circumstances.
No exceptions will be made.
Extended Holiday Returns
To make your holiday shopping easier, all purchases made during November and Christmas season (from November 1st to December 25) come with an extended return window until December 31st.
Please note that items marked as Sale / Closeout are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Refunds
Issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your item.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error.
Bank or payment provider processing times may vary. Typically allow for 3-7 business days until refunds are reflected back in your account.
Defective Merchandise
All orders are inspected by our team for quality control before they leave our warehouse. Your packing list will be initialed to confirm the inspection.
If you receive an item that doesn’t meet our quality standards, let us know right away.
