At Ak’kin Sports, our biggest goal is to serve our loyal customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can try and make it better.
We know that ordering online can be tricky since you are unable to touch the items or try anything on, and as a result of that we will try to make the return process as simple and efficiently as possible.
RETURNS
- All returns must be received within 30 days of the date the order shipped.
- Personalized items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.
- The product must be in its original state and packaging.
- Apparel has the original tags attached.
- Accessories have all parts of the original packaging
- Footwear must be returned in the original box.
- Returned items must remain unwashed and unworn.
- Shipping charges are not refundable unless the merchandise is defective, or the incorrect merchandise was received.
- Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item, you can request the exchange by mail or over the telephone.
Exchanges are done for the same item but a different size. Exchanges are processed upon the arrival of the returned item and are shipped within 5-7 business days. Please note that the exchange is subject to availability. Personalized items are not eligible for exchange.
CANCELLATIONS
If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately.

We do not refund shipping costs. However, if there was an error on our part, we will email you a return label to be used at no cost to you.
